Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / BCaBA / Mental Health Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA, BCaBA, or licensed Mental Health Professional to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized behavioral and mental health services to children and families, while maintaining clinical excellence and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

  • Provide parent training and caregiver guidance.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with insurance, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications
  • CBA or BCaBA certification or relevant Mental Health licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).

  • Experience in ABA therapy and/or behavioral health services.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience working with children and families preferred.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-Time / Part-Time · In-Home and School-Based Services

About the Role

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings, helping them build skills and supporting their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision

  • Provide direct ABA therapy in home and/or school settings

  • Collect and record data on client progress

  • Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers

Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience working with children, especially in behavioral or educational settings

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
