Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / BCaBA / Mental Health Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA, BCaBA, or licensed Mental Health Professional to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized behavioral and mental health services to children and families, while maintaining clinical excellence and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Provide parent training and caregiver guidance.

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Ensure compliance with insurance, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications

CBA or BCaBA certification or relevant Mental Health licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).

Experience in ABA therapy and/or behavioral health services.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience working with children and families preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications
